1. General

1.1 Web Site Analysis
This website does not use third party services such as Google analytics or äsimilar to collect usage statistics.
1.2 Cookies
No cookies are used with the purpose of tracking. If necessary, only functional cookies are sent to your browser and stored there (session cookies).
1.3 Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores data in server-side log files. This data is automatically sent by the web browsers. The following data may be stored in the log files under certain circumstances:

1.4 JavaScript
Please activate JavaScript on the whole website, if it is deactivated by an add-on or your browser. JavaScript is only used for functional purposes and not for tracking or similar.
2. Contact form
The data transmitted in the contact form will only be used to process or answer the enquiries accordingly. The data will not be stored longer than necessary and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
3. FriendlyCaptcha
The following are the data protection provisions for the bot protection "FriendlyCaptcha". The unabridged original version of where the following sections come from can be seen
here. Please also visit the manufacturer's website for the latest or adapted
versions of the data protection provisions.
Therefore, the following applies to "We", "Us" and "Our" the Friendly Captcha GmbH:
3.1 Information we collect
When you visit a site that includes the Friendly Captcha widget and send a puzzle request, we collect the following log data:
- The request headers User-Agent, Origin and Referer.
- The puzzle itself, which contains information about the account and site key it is related to.
- The version of the widget.
- A timestamp.
We store an anonymized counter per IP address for dynamic puzzle difficulty on the edge network to detect malicious users and minimize blocking legitimate users.
This data is stored entirely separately from the rest of the data and cannot be correlated to specific websites or anything else.
We anonymize IP addresses using a one-way hash of certain values so they cannot be personally identified.
We do NOT ask for other information or personal information, such as your name, email, and online profiles.
3.2 Legal bases for processing
We will process your information lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner.
We collect and process information about you only where we have legal bases for doing so.
These legal bases depend on the services you use and how you use them, meaning we collect and use your information only where:
- it’s necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request before entering into such a contract (for example, when we provide a service you request from us);
- it satisfies a legitimate interest (which is not overridden by your data protection interests), such as for research and development, to offer our services, and to protect our legal rights and interests;
- you give us consent to do so for a specific purpose; or
- we need to process your data to comply with a legal obligation.

you have the right to change your mind at any time (but this will not affect any processing that has already taken place).

Friendly Captcha is a globally available service headquartered in Germany. Depending on the configuration of our service users, we host our solutions either in dedicated data centers
(e.g. EU only) or on the edge distributed across more than 200 data centers worldwide, which means that requests are routed to a data center close to the requester.
By providing us with your information, you consent that the information we collect is stored and processed where we and our service providers maintain facilities.
We will ensure that any transfer of information will be protected by appropriate safeguards, by using the new standard data protection clauses approved by the
European Commission or the use of binding corporate rules.
3.5 Your rights and controlling your personal information
Choice and consent: By providing personal information to us, you consent to us collecting, holding, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.
If you are under 16 years of age, you must have, and warrant to the extent permitted by law to us, that you have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to access and use the website and they
(your parents or guardian) have consented to you providing us with your personal information. You do not have to provide personal information to us, however, if you do not, it may affect your use of our services offered on or through it.

A cookie is a small piece of data that an online service stores on your computer, and accesses each time you visit, so it can track you and understand how you use the service.
Our end user solution does NOT use cookies.
3.7 Limits of our policy
Our service for spam protection and abuse prevention is used by external sites that are operated by our service users. Please note that this privacy policy does not apply to any external site, even if it links to our site or incorporates our service. Please refer to the applicable privacy policies before deciding to provide any information to third parties. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.
3.8 Changes to this policy
At our discretion, we may change our privacy policy to reflect current acceptable practices. We will take reasonable steps to let users know about changes via our website.
Your continued use of our service after any changes to this policy will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information.
If we make a significant change to this privacy policy, for example changing a lawful basis on which we process your personal information,
we will ask you to re-consent to the amended privacy policy.
